The hotel's location is lovely, with stunning surroundings. It's just a short walk to the pub, outdoor spaces, and even down to the estuary. The attached restaurant serves brilliant food with very good service. The 

The location was charming and brilliant, just off the restaurant. Loved our double room with drinks and a bath.

The hotel has a charming and pleasant location close to great walks along the River Otter, Sidmouth, and the gorgeous Jurassic coast. It is at a moderate distance from Bicton Park Botanical Gardens.

The breakfast was served by a kind and welcoming waitress.

The double room was equipped with central heating, an iron/ironing board, and tea/coffee making facilities. The location is charming and brilliant, near to pubs and bars.- The property is close to the beach. 

I booked a great double room here, it had a double bed and they even provided complimentary water bottles.

The location here is just off other pubs, restaurants, and shops, charming and brilliant, perfect for a weekend stay.

Hotel is beautiful and everything was good. The units are new-fashioned, airy with a great bathroom, a double bed and the mattresses. The location is in a magnificent and amazing spot in a nice area. The attached restaurant serves fab 

It was close enough to Ladram Bay, the pub and restaurant, marvellous and brilliant location overall.

The place was absolutely great, it worked for me. The fairly friendly and amiable staff members provided a few recommendations. The breakfast looked lovely with a great selection of options. The whole experience was really nice.

The location is amazing, nestled next to the conservatory and walking trails in a lovely area, and just a short drive from Ladram Bay.
